I am extremely excited for all the big events this weekend and have already been bugging Fernando for a hint and trying to make birthday plans with my friends to see what's going on. I even sent him a very long list of who to invite (if he has a birthday/engagement celebration on the agenda).
Today I was actually ready to leave work pretty early and we had tickets to the Rangers game, so around 5:30 I head over to Nando's cube to see if he's ready to go too and I bust him cutting out my next hint card at the production table. He made me immediately leave the area and covered it up, but I already knew what he was up to. So of course I nagged him 'til I got the card. He gave it to me in the car on the way to the game and didn't even get a chance to put it in an envelope. I am so impatient, but whatever.
In unrelated news, we also got rear-ended on the way to the game --not a good week for my car. I think I need a new back bumper and not sure the guy that hit me has legit insurance.... boo.
The card says "5-17-08 The Big date; 6pm A monumental Night to celebrate a monumental love" Oh, and the photo on the card is NOT the ring we picked out. So weird. The Big Date can only mean one thing, but would he give it away like that? I guess we'll see in 4 more days!!! Not to mention another date on my card is Sunday when I turn 25 --- whoo hoo!
